Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate stockholders elect its CEO, Ironsides Partners nominee to board

Fifth Street SeniorFloating Rate Corp. said April 8 that stockholders elected its nomineeand CEO Ivelin Dimitrov and Ironsides Partners Special Situations Master Fund IILP nominee Richard Cohento its board, based on the preliminary report of the independent inspector of elections,IVS Associates Inc.

The company said preliminary voting results indicated that theproposal to terminate the company's investment advisory agreement with was approved.

Fifth Street Senior Floating said the outcome of the 2016 annualmeeting of stockholders provides both continuity and a new perspective with theaddition of Cohen to the board. The company said it plans to work constructivelywith Cohen and will continue to engage its stockholders.
