JPM Capital to acquire passive stake in 2 sPower solar projects

JPM Capital Corp. is seeking to become a passive tax equityinvestor in two planned solar projects in Los Angeles County, Calif., and isseeking FERC approval by Aug. 22 in order to do so.

JPM Capital will acquire 100% passive class A interest ineach of the 40-MW AC ElevationSolar C and 20-MW AC WesternAntelope Blue Sky Ranch B facilities.

A SustainablePower Group LLC subsidiary holds class B managing interest in theprojects.

Both projects will selltheir output to the city of PaloAlto, Calif., once operational later this year.

Sustainable Power Group, which does business as sPower, is asubsidiary of Fir Tree Inc.(EC16-141 and EC16-142)
