Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fourth quarter came to a loss of 36,090 shekels, compared with a loss of 16,680 shekels in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Reported net income came to a loss of 57,740 shekels, or a loss of 0 agorot per share, compared to a loss of 26,690 shekels, or a loss of 0 agorot per share, in the prior-year period.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 291,610 shekels, compared with a loss of -154,150 shekels in the prior year.

The company said reported net income totaled a loss of 466,570 shekels, or a loss of 2 agorot per share, in the full year, compared with a loss of 246,640 shekels, or a loss of 1 agorot per share, the prior year.

As of March 30, US$1 was equivalent to 3.78 shekels.
