MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. initiated an at-the-market equity distribution program of its common shares to raise proceeds of up to C$13.4 million.

The company will use the net proceeds to fund ongoing operations, capital expenditures and potential future acquisitions or investments.

GMP Securities LP is acting as MYM's agent in the transaction.
