Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI SA sold the Joan Miró office building in Barcelona to AEW for €28.8 million.
The Spanish real estate investment trust said the sale price of the property at Calle Joan Miró represents a 27% increase over the price it paid to acquire the asset in June 2015.
Savills Aguirre Newman and Uría Menéndez were Lar España's advisers on the deal.
