Greene County Bancorp MHC gets approval to waive right to receive dividends

Greene County Bancorp MHC, the mutual holding company and 54% majority owner of Greene County Bancorp Inc. (MHC), said it has received the nonobjection of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia to waive its right to receive dividends of 55 cents per share.

It is Greene County Bancorp MHC's intention to waive the right to dividends declared and paid by Greene County Bancorp Inc. on its common stock. The waiver is applicable to dividends declared and paid for the quarters ending Dec. 31; March 31, 2020; June 30, 2020; and Sept. 30, 2020.
