TTEC Holdings CEO to sell common shares

TTEC Holdings Inc. Chairman and CEO Kenneth Tuchman is selling 3 million common shares of the company at $36.50 apiece.

Tuchman granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 450,000 additional shares, at the public offering price less the underwriting discount, from him.

The closing of the sale is expected to occur Dec. 10.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by Tuchman, according to a Form 8-K.

The filing listed BofA Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Cowen and Co. LLC, William Blair & Co. LLC, Northland Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. as underwriters.
