VEREIT reports YOY Q1 AFFO dip, maintains FY guidance

VEREIT Inc.saw its first-quarter AFFO decline year over year and maintained its full-year guidance.

AFFO attributable to common stockholders and limited partnersslid to $192.7 million, or 20.7 cents per share, compared to $200.1 million, or21.5 cents per share, in the year-ago period.

FFO attributable to common stockholders and limited partnersincreased to $196.2 million, or 21.1 cents per share, compared to $195.0 million,or 21.0 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus estimates for first-quarterFFO and AFFO per share were both 20 cents.

The company maintained its full-year guidance of FFO per sharein a range of 72 cents to 77 cents and AFFO per share in a range of 75 cents to80 cents.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus estimates for full-year FFOand AFFO per share are 78 cents and 77 cents, respectively.
