Apparel and footwear retailer Genesco Inc. said Dec. 5 that James Estepa, CEO of its retail division The Journeys Group and senior vice president, will step down from his roles, effective Feb. 1, 2018.
Estepa will remain employed by the company as chairman emeritus of Journeys until June 30, 2018, during which he will also assist with the transition of his duties.
Upon Estepa's retirement, Journeys President Mario Gallione and Schuh group managing director Colin Temple will directly report to Genesco Chairman, President and CEO Robert Dennis.
Meanwhile, senior vice president and Little Burgundy general merchandise manager Margaret Thouez will report to Gallione.
