Lennar Corp. promoted Fred Rothman to COO. Rothman will continue to oversee the company's eastern U.S. homebuilding region and to participate in the company's strategic land-acquisition program.

President and now-former COO Jon Jaffe will continue as president and oversee the homebuilder's national operations.
