Report: HSBC global head of public sector syndicate to leave

HSBC Holdings Plc's global head of public sector syndicate, PJ Bye ,will leave the British banking group at the end of 2017 to take time off from the banking industry, Thomson Reuters' IFR reported, citing an internal memo.

Asif Sherani, a sovereign, supranational and agency syndicate director at the bank, will replace Bye, according to the Dec. 7 report.
