Caja Reaseguradora de Chile S.A. said its board selected Carlos Molina Zaldívar to be its new chairman and Daniel Quermia to serve as vice chairman.

The appointments come months after Jaime Rios Gomez-Lobo resigned as board chairman after 11 months in the post.
