S&P assigns issuer credit ratings to BCS Prime Brokerage

S&P Global Ratings on Dec. 27 assigned BCS Prime Brokerage Ltd. B+/B long- and short-term issuer credit ratings, with a stable outlook.

The ratings reflect S&P's view that BCS Prime Brokerage plays a key role in the strategy implementation of parent company FG BCS Ltd.

The stable outlook incorporates the agency's view that BCS Prime Brokerage will maintain a high level of operational integration with FG BCS and continue to be a core subsidiary for developing the group's international investment banking platform during the next 12 to 18 months.
