ComScore inks deal with media audit support company

ComScore Inc. struck a deal to add its local TV measurement to media audit support company Media Management Inc.'s Circle Audit auditing system.

"Working with comScore gives our clients the flexibility to conduct third party validation when the agency selects comScore as the audience currency in their media buys," said Media Management CEO Thomas Bridge in an Aug. 1 news release.

ComScore noted the agreement with Media Management is its first with an auditing system for its local TV measurement. ComScore CEO Gian Fulgoni said the deal gives comScore "expanded accountability of our data and gives our clients the assurance they need when scheduling advertising campaigns."
