Baltic Horizon Fund terminates market making agreement with Orion Securities

Northern Horizon Capital AS, the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund, terminated its market making agreement with Orion Securities UAB.

The agreement was concluded in August 2016 after the IPO of Baltic Horizon's units on the Nasdaq Tallinn exchange.

The management company initiated the termination of the agreement as two market makers for the Nasdaq Tallinn exchange were no longer necessary following the secondary public offerings, which increased the number of Baltic Horizon investors and trading activity.

The last date of the validity of the agreement was July 31.

The market making agreements with Swedbank AS to provide liquidity on the Nasdaq Tallinn exchange and with Mangold Fondkomission AB for the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange will remain valid.
