Louise Patten will exit the board of shopping center landlord Intu Properties PLC, after a seven-year stint, at the company's next annual general meeting in May 2019.

Patten will also step down as chairman of the remuneration committee, after which nonexecutive director Ian Burke will assume the vacated seat. Burke has become a member of the committee with immediate effect, according to an Oct. 4 release.
