First American Financial Corp. has fully acquired Title Security Agency LLC.

It had been a minority owner for five years.

Title Security Agency, which specializes in title and escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, becomes part of the direct operations of First American Financial subsidiary First American Title Insurance Co.

The target's president, Vivian Boggie, COO Bruce Jacobs and Senior Vice President Mary Christensen will remain with the company and manage the operations.
