TNR Gold Corp. and its 15.9%-owned International Lithium Corp. on Jan. 25 announced strategic changes to its management and board.
Kirill Klip, TNR Gold's nonexecutive chairman, was named as its new president and CEO after Gary Schellenberg stepped down from the posts and as a director.
Klip, who also serves as International Lithium's president, will take on the additional roles of CEO and chairman in the company following the resignation of Schellenberg as CEO and as a director.
Meanwhile, Jerry Bella stepped down as CFO of both firms and will be replaced by Maurice Brooks on an interim basis.
Furthermore, Paul Chung stepped down as a director of TNR Gold, leaving Klip, Greg Johnson, John Wisbey and Ross Thompson as the remaining members of its board.
Wisbey, Thompson and David Shen were also named as directors of International Lithium following the departure of Mike Sieb from its board.
