Hamborner to sell unsubscribed shares from capital increase

Hamborner REITAG is selling the shares that were not sold during a earlier inSeptember.   

The unsubscribed shares amounted up to 1,717,430 or up to 9.69%of the share offering, and will be sold in a private placement at €9.40 apiece.

According to a statement, shareholders of the companysubscribed for 15,997,602, or 90.31%, of the shares in the rights offering thatended Sept. 26. At the €9.40 per-share price, thecompany grossed about €150.4 million from the capital increase.  

Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG, Bankhaus Lampe KG andKempen & Co. NV are the joint book runners of the offering.
