Fabege proposes higher dividend for 2017

Fabege AB's board proposed a 4.50 Swedish kronor per-share dividend for the year 2017, increasing its 4.00 kronor per share payout in the previous year.

The matter will be put to a vote at the annual shareholder meeting April 9.

The company also disclosed in its full-year report that board Chairman Erik Paulsson intends to resign at the annual meeting. Paulsson is stepping down from the same post at Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.

As of Feb. 7, US$1 was equivalent to 8.03 Swedish kronor.
