Ford Motor Co. appointed Kumar Galhotra as the new president of its North America operations, effective March 1, replacing Raj Nair who left the U.S. automaker after a company investigation into his alleged "inappropriate behavior."
Galhotra, who has been with the company for 29 years, has run Ford's Lincoln Motor Co. since 2014.
Ford also named Stuart Rowley as vice president and COO of its North American operations and Joy Falotico as the new group vice president of Lincoln and chief marketing officer.
Other key changes include David McClelland who was named vice president of Ford and CEO of Ford Credit, John Lawler as vice president of Strategy and Cathy O'Callaghan as vice president and corporate controller, and CFO of the global markets sector.
