Fannie Mae prices $991.8M multifamily securitization

Fannie Mae priced a $991.8 million offering of its delegated underwriting and servicing REMIC under its Guaranteed Multifamily Structures program.

The offering comprised two tranches: $80.3 million of 2.747% class A1 securities and $911.4 million of 3.181% class A2 securities. Both tranches were more than 2x subscribed, Multifamily Credit Pricing and Capital Markets Vice President Dan Dresser said.

All classes of FNA 2017-M12 are Fannie Mae-guaranteed.
