Moody's on Oct. 3 withdrew the B3/Not-Prime local- andforeign-currency deposit ratings of PJSC MTS Bank.
The agency also withdrew the bank's "caa1"baseline credit assessment, "b3" adjusted baseline credit assessmentand the B2(cr)/Not-Prime(cr) counterparty risk assessments.
At the time of the withdrawal the bank's long-term depositratings had a negative outlook.
Moody's withdrew the ratings for its own business reasons.
