Minotaur Exploration off-loads noncore nickel mining rights

Minotaur Exploration Ltd. completed the sale of nickel mining rights at West Kambalda in Western Australia over tenements held by Maximus Resources Ltd. and Corona Minerals Ltd. to a private group for an undisclosed amount, as part of the company's ongoing exit of noncore assets.

Additionally, the company has received the final of three-staged payments, totaling A$550,000 from the sale of Chameleon gold deposit to Shine Resources Pty. Ltd.

The Chameleon deposit is part of the company's Scotia group of tenements, also in Western Australia.

Under the deal terms, Minotaur is also entitled to a production payment of up to A$250,000.
