Canada's Artis Real Estate Investment Trust sold the Oakdale Village shopping center in Minnesota for $25.3 million, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported, citing a certificate.

RCG Ventures bought the property, which is anchored by Best Buy Co. Inc., Home Goods and Guitar Center, the report added.

The publication could not get a comment on the matter from RCG.
