Ikon Science develops geoscience-based software technology used in reservoir characterization and production prediction.

Great Hill Partners Managing Partner Christopher Gaffney and Vice President Eric Ahlgren will join Ikon Science's board.

Houlihan Lokey was financial adviser to Ikon Science.
