Fitch Ratings on May 31 completed a global peer review of seven publicly rated traditional investment managers.
Fitch, based on the review, upgraded Janus Henderson Group PLC's long-term issuer default rating to BBB+ from BBB. The outlook on the rating is stable.
The rating agency affirmed Amundi SA's long-term issuer default rating at A+. It also affirmed Azimut Holding SpA's long-term IDR at BBB, Man Strategic Holdings Ltd.'s long-term IDR at BBB+, and Schroders PLC's long-term IDR at A+. The outlook on all these four ratings is stable.
In addition, the rating agency revised Invesco Ltd.'s outlook to positive from stable, while affirming its long-term IDR at A-. It also affirmed Russell Investment's long-term IDR at BB. The outlook on Russell Investment's rating is negative.
