Triton Pacific Investment discloses tender offer results

Triton PacificInvestment Corp. Inc. has purchased 8,482.6 of its class A common sharesat $13.80 per share for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $117,060 ina tender offer.

The company had offered to purchase the number of its class Acommon shares that it can repurchase with the proceeds it receives from the issuanceof shares under its distribution reinvestment plan. The offer expired at 4 p.m.ET on July 8. A total of 16,812.165 shares were validly tendered and not withdrawnas of that date.
