Banco Hipotecario offering up to $200M in notes

Banco HipotecarioSA is offering simple negotiable notes with a fixed rate of 9.75% tomature Nov. 30, 2020, with a nominal value of $100 million that are expandable byup to a nominal value of $200 million, according to a May 9 filing.

The public auction for the notes is set to start May 16, withsettlement expected May 19.

The issuance is the second release of its $800 million negotiableclass XXIX bonds program that was first issued in November 2015.

Banco Itaú ArgentinaSA and BACS Banco de Créditoy Securitización SA are serving as the local settlement agents for theoffering.
