Independent Alliance Banks ups dividend

Fort Wayne,Ind.-based Independent Alliance BanksInc. declared a second-quarter cash dividend of 22 cents per share,according to an April 26 news release.

The dividendis payable June 1 to shareholders of record as of May 16. It represents a 1-centper share increase, or 4.76%, over the 21-cent per share amount that has been paidto shareholders quarterly since second quarter of 2014.
