Mustera Property Group Ltd. submitted a development application for its A$105 million three-tower Applecross residential project in Melville, Australia, The West Australian reported.
The 2,023 square-meter site on Forbes and Kishorn roads will accommodate 98 dwellings; 15 short-stay units; 563 square meters of retail, dining and working space; 164 car bays; a top-floor deck; and "sky gardens" on every three floors, according to the report.
Mustera expects to begin construction of the 20-story development at the end of 2019, pending approval, the publication added, citing Mustera Executive Director Nicholas Zborowski.
