The U.S. Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware dismissed Wildcat Capital Management LLC's lawsuits against Sorrento Therapeutics Inc. after both parties reached a settlement agreement in March.

Wildcat Capital was seeking documents related to Sorrento's private placement agreements in April 2016 on behalf of its clients who are major holders of Sorrento.
