Scottish Widows has closed a bulk annuity deal involving the Hitachi UK Ltd. Pension Scheme, which is sponsored by Hitachi Europe Ltd., Professional Pensions reported.
The deal size was reportedly not announced. The scheme covers approximately 25,000 members.
Aon advised Ross Trustees, the scheme's professional trustees, on the deal.
