Blake Insomnia Therapeutics Inc. denied any involvement with a number of articles and information that were promoting the company's stock.

Blake Insomnia said it was unaware of such information until notified by a third-party company.

The biotech company added that none of its officers, directors or shareholders were involved in the creation or distribution of the promotional materials and that neither of the parties had sold or purchased the company's securities within the last 90 days.
