Twitter shareholders vote down 2 stockholders proposals

Shareholders of Twitter Inc. voted against two stockholders' proposals at the company's May 20 annual meeting.

Stockholders did not approve the proposal regarding a report on the company's content enforcement policies as well as the proposal regarding board qualifications, according to a May 22 SEC filing.

The three director nominees elected at the meeting are Jack Dorsey, Patrick Pichette and Robert Zoellick.
