Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust to issue notes

Citibank NA's Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust expects to issue $750 million of floating-rate class 2017-A1 Citiseries notes of January 2019 and $1.75 billion of 1.74% class 2017-A2 Citiseries notes of January 2019. The issuance date for both tranches is Jan. 26.

The interest on the class 2017-A1 notes will be a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.25% and will be paid on the 17th of each month beginning March 17. The expected principal payment date is Jan. 17, 2019, and the legal maturity date is Jan. 19, 2021.

Interest on the class 2017-A2 notes will be paid each Jan. 17 and July 17, beginning July 17. The expected principal payment date is Jan. 17, 2019, and the legal maturity date is Jan. 19, 2021.
