PBI Bank consent order lifted

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions on Oct. 31 lifted their consent order against Louisville, Ky.-based PBI Bank Inc.

The November 2015 enforcement action had required the Porter Bancorp Inc. subsidiary to meet minimum leverage and total capital ratios and to come up with a plan to sell itself if needed.
