T-Mobile board asks shareholders to vote against 3 proposals

T-Mobile US Inc.'sboard recommended that its stockholders vote against three stockholder proposalsto be presented at the company's June 16 annual meeting.

One of the proposals is calling for the company to implementproxy access, according to an April 28 proxy statement. The other two proposalsare about limitations on accelerated vesting of equity awards in the event of achange of control, and an amendment to the company's compensation clawback policy.
