Prince George, Va.-based Touchstone Bank named Joseph Pennington senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

Pennington most recently was CFO at Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc.

Effective Jan. 1, 2019, Pennington will become executive vice president and CFO. Simultaneously, Vera Primm, the bank's executive vice president and CFO, will become executive vice president and chief accounting officer.
