LT Commercial Real Estate Ltd. appointed Vice President Zhang Yan co-CEO and vice chairperson of the board and Kwok Chung Ho Ivan as its new CFO.

The company also named Chow Kam Hung executive vice president and CEO of the Financial Services segment and added Wong Hon Kit and Yang Shao Ming as independent nonexecutive directors to its board.

Kit serves as a director at Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed Wanjia Group Holdings Ltd. and Heng Xin China Holdings Ltd., while Ming is the CEO of LT Global Holdings Ltd.

Yang Shao Xing Max and Shek Pui Michelle resigned from the board.
