Prelios SpA finalized the purchase of two real estate assets in Rome and Milan, raising its AUM by almost €100 million.
Prelios' Fedora Fund acquired a commercial complex in Rome's Piazza Sassari for about €62.8 million, including taxes and levies. The complex comprises three self-contained 10-story buildings that offer a total of 23,000 square meters of space and produces €3.2 million in annual rent, with a potential to increase to about €4.1 million.
In Milan, Prelios paid €33 million to purchase a more than 11,000-square-meter building at Via Amadeo 59. The asset is made up of two linked buildings, which are LEED Gold certified.
