IntelGenx Technologies Corp. and Endo Ventures Ltd. entered a co-development and commercialization agreement for a new product utilizing IntelGenx's proprietary VersaFilm in the U.S.

Endo will get exclusive marketing and selling rights to IntelGenx products in the U.S. and IntelGenx will receive an upfront payment and future milestone payments. Profits from the commercialization will be shared by both companies.
