American Finance Trust, ARC New York City CFO steps down

Nicholas Radesca, CFO, secretary and treasurer of American Finance Trust Inc., its adviser and its manager, and interim CFO and treasurer of ARC New York City REIT Inc. and its adviser and manager, will resign from the companies following his decision to retire.

The resignation will be effective on the later of Nov. 15 and the day after the companies file their respective quarterly reports for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

Radesca will be replaced at both companies by Katie Kurtz, who was elected by the board Oct. 9. Kurtz is CFO, treasurer and secretary of American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust III Inc. and Healthcare Trust Inc., and of the companies' respective advisers and managers. Kurtz was previously CFO, treasurer and secretary at American Realty Capital-Retail Centers of America Inc. and its adviser prior to its merger with American Finance Trust.
