Amazon.com Inc. expanded the functionality of its shopping wand, Dash, to cover the entire catalog of items available on the website, The Kansas City Star reported Oct. 5.
Amazon Dash helps users shop by enabling them to scan a barcode for an item or to say the item's name for it to be added to the shopping cart on the site. Users still need to go to Amazon's website or app to complete their purchase, according to the report. Amazon Dash is available for Prime members for $50.
The online retail giant is also repricing its grocery delivery service, AmazonFresh. As opposed to a yearly $299, the service will cost $15 per month as an add-on for Amazon Prime subscribers, according to the report.
