Generali renews revolving credit lines with €4B in commitments

Generali has renewed its outstanding revolving credit facilities, increasing to €4 billion in total.

The insurer initially signed the facilities in 2013 and last renewed them in 2015. UniCredit and Banco Santander are global coordinators for the facilities, which have two syndicated lines of €2 billion each, with a duration of three and five years.

The facilities' cost is linked to targets on green investments and progress of sustainability initiatives.
