Savanna sells NYC building for $103.5M

Savanna sold the office-retail building at 434 Broadway in lower Manhattan, N.Y.'s Soho neighborhood for $103.5 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

Investment and asset management firm Tokyo Trust Capital Co. bought the 61,500-square-foot property, in partnership with MC Real Estate Partners LLC.

Newmark Knight Frank brokered the transaction.

Neither Tokyo Trust CEO Minoru Machida nor Savanna immediately answered requests for comment sent by the publication.
