Easterly Government Properties buys Aurora, Colo., facility

Easterly Government Properties Inc. purchased a build-to-suit Defense Health Agency facility in Aurora, Colo.

The 116,500-square-foot DHA - Aurora facility, which includes an upgraded data center, is 87% leased to the General Services Administration for use by the DHA through April 2034.

The real estate investment trust, which mainly leases commercial properties to the U.S. government, said the property houses a portion of the DHA's TRICARE health insurance program.
