Voltari gets delisting notice from Nasdaq

Voltari Corp. received a stock delisting notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC following its failure to regain compliance with the exchange's listing requirement for minimum market value.

Nasdaq has resolved to delist the company's common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market, effective with market open Dec. 23.

Meanwhile, OTC Markets Group Inc. advised Voltari that its common stock will be immediately eligible for trading on the OTCQB marketplace under its current symbol VLTC, effective with market open Dec. 23.

Voltari in June was notified by Nasdaq that it failed to comply with its listing rule requiring it to maintain a minimum market value of listed securities of $35 million.
