Longfor Group to issue 1st tranche of 2020 corporate bonds

Longfor Group Holdings Ltd. will issue the first tranche of its 2020 domestic corporate bonds in China, with a principal amount of 2.8 billion Chinese yuan.

The issuance of the non-guaranteed bonds, which have a five-year and a seven-year form, will be on Jan. 16 and 17.

According to a filing, coupon rate ranges from 3.4% to 4.4% for the five-year bond and 4.0% to 5.0% for the seven-year bond.

As of Jan. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 6.89 Chinese yuan.
