Dallas-based Capstead Mortgage Corp. declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 8 cents per common share.

The dividend will be distributed Jan. 18, 2019, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.

The previous dividend was 11 cents per common share, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
